The Escape Artist

Lulu is a dog that knows what she wants.  It’s true.  When she wants to be in, she’s going to figure out a way to get in.  Maybe at this point, you should take a brief moment to notice the tear in my screen door.  It’s convenient to have since you don’t actually have to let her in and out, she can just dive through the screen at break neck speed like some sort of freakster super border collie from hell.

Ahem…

Lulu is an escape artist.  She knows how to unlock her crate.  She knows how to fit through a cat door that is a third of her size (FYI- we don’t even have a cat. I’m totally allergic).  Lulu even knows how to open up the sliding glass door.  It seems if you bang your head against something long enough it starts to give, who knew?

Sometimes you just need to embrace a soul as they come.  I’m starting to feel that way about this dog.  She just isn’t meant to be constrained, she’s just not.  But really now, who is?
