We did not make it to our family house on the coast this summer – north of Bar harbor. Life just caught up with us and the summer slid away. Fortunately, others in our family made it. I deeply miss the magic of the northern Maine coast, and appreciate no end your photos and thoughts. Of course, living next to Lake Champlain, even here in the big city, is also a treasure.
